For some reason the front of her bonnet etc almost looks like a smiling face to me ? I think it's the partially opened armoured radiator doors and those headlights ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Mossie

Nice.  Probaly be a fair amount of spares on the sprue for the whiffery since they're doing the two patterns.  Plenty of scope too, almost as many variations as there were cars.

I'd like to see more WWI armoured cars in all scales.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Makes me think of the Wilbur Smith novel Cry Wolf, which I used to own.

Yup especially as a lot of them continued to see service post War.

Is the Lewis on that one on an AA mount ?

Looks like the high angle mount that some were fitted with at around the same time the Boys were installed.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

1/35 190 parts.  Photoetch.
Can be built as either 1914 or 1920 pattern.

I've seen a CGI of the 1914 version now, they're getting around the problem of two different turrets by just having the later taller one.  That's okay, as later 1914 pattern cars had them.  It's be nice to the earlier shorter turret if they ever get around to it.

It wouldn't be too hard to scratch build one.

Meng models are getting hard to find in the UK. There were nearly none on traders' stall at Telford and their website doesn't list a UK distributor.

Creative Models are now their UK distributor: www.creativemodels.co.uk

There are plenty in Hannants now and Revell Germany are also selling them through their website.

Cheaper than most WNW kits were IIRC.
Economies of scale I guess.

I can't help but think of this kit.

They definitely have the DR.1 as they were doing the moulds for WNW. Not sure if they have any others.

Most likely they do because it would have not made any sense to keep them anywhere other
than where they were being used. I won't be surprised if they do start re-issues once all of the
legal jiggery-pokery is done.
