On the blog of a chap called "Damfpfpanzerwagen":

there are some photos from the IPMS show of a couple of British spaceships, the "HMSS Valiant" and the "Anastasia"-Class Shuttle "Excaliber". Does anyone have contact details for the builder? I'd really like to see more of the "fluff" on these British spaceships!

the excaliber is one of mine, made as a chalange to my self in  12 hours the friday before the telford show

Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

That's rather heart warming, isn't it? Someone else out there appreciates our efforts.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

In case anyone was wondering, the large Stig figure is (I think) a bottle of Top Gear branded body wash or shampoo. I was given one by a certain amphibian for christmas, and it looks about the same, except for the base being a cog.

I wonder if anyone noticed the "Father Christmas" standing next to the bread van or the pinup photo shoot on the XB-51 diorama?

So, lenny100, would it be possible for you to post the stuff about orbital recon launches from RAF Spadeadam? Please? ;D It's partially obscured in those photos...

It seems they have it on file anyway, or they did a few years ago. Who knows if they update things with the 'latest information'?  ;D

Mmm, considering how well they did finding bin Laden, you have to wonder (he was found by a task force which pointedly worked outside the normal intelligence circles apparently).

That's because the CIA, like so many other once-worthy organisations, has been taken over by bureaucrats & they've done what bureaucracy does to anything it gets its slimy mits on!

(Please note: I'm not saying there shouldn't be rules but the ability to spout them verbatim, as gospel, & to write meaningless tomes about their application whilst never having to obey them "in the field" should not be held in high regard, & the rigid technocrats & bureaucrats hiding behind desks should be the last on the promotional list - not the 1st)
