Here we go again, another year a new stash thread.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

You only bought them so you could be first on the thread  ;D ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Well not "stash" as such, but the idea is that they'll end up in a diorama one day....

Oxford diecast 1/76th Rover P6 (green) and Austin Mini (red w/Union Jack roof)

To-day I was being the loyal taxi to the sales driver and as I was near to Glasgow MZ, I had a quick look.

One Academy IL-2 Stromovik for £8.99.

It would have been rude to refuse as I needed another one anyway.

Picked up the PM Mirage IIIA/ Dagger 'cos it was cheap.
After looking inside the box I know WHY it was cheap.
Definitely WHIF-fodder because it would take more work to get an acceptable Mirage out of it.
What if... I had a brain?

Not one I imagine........to be honest it was two late purchases on new years eve.....to be fair though....they weren't added to the stash til new years day......does that count.....???

Having been provoked since early September by the bloody thing sitting on my hobby shops uppermost shelf, I finally brought the future Bombcorde home yesterday. Only some equivalent 20 quid, but the size of the thing made my shelfspace planning obsolete in a whif(f)..
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!
