Another one from ebay: MPM Kawasaki Ki-64 "Rob" heavy fighter. This is an old kit, by the looks of it. Will need quite a bit of work to get it built. Nifty looking machine though - Italian perhaps? Bomber destroyer with a couple of 40mm cannon in the wings? We shall see.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Aircav

Got the new 1/48 Airfix Lynx today, the Army and the Navy version, both very nice and well worth the money.   ;D
ps, I'll post some pictures in the next couple of days.

Further results of the ebay splurge arrived today: AZ Model 1:72  Ki-78 "Ken" - two kits in the box. I didn't realise quite how small this design was - it's tiny! Still, two kits in the box, at a good price. They look very nice too. Pondering a racer for one (upgraded engine, maybe a DB605, and boil-off or evaporative cooling instead of radiators), and possibly a parasite fighter for the other - hook assembly over the cockpit, and folding wings for service aboard an IJN airship.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Got rid of all of the stuff I planned to sell at Cosford and in return acquired:

- Airfix Skyraider and (off Kit) Blenheim
- PM Mirage III, Me P1111 (Trevor forced me gov!) and Sea Fury
- Smer Dewotine D520

all for whiffing.  Net expense - £7!

Ooh, and a pair of 3D Kits Spitfire IX upgrades (which I then very nearly left behind on the Hangar 1 snack bar - thanks to the gent who spotted the error of my ways before I departed!)
