And I got some stuff at Cosford too, me who's MEANT to be thinning out the contents of The Loft!

1/72 Novo Atacker, for which I have a cunning plan....  ;)

It wouldn't involve longer wings would it... ?  ;D

I don't need ideas for fitting longer wings to everything on my work bench normally,  ;D it just comes naturally. Having said that the cunning plan DIDN'T involve longer wings originally but now that you've mentioned it, that may be quite a practical proposition.....  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Airfix 1/72nd F-86D - £3.50 with no box

Very light haul myself, Airfix 1/32 British Infantry, plus some bits and bobs like filler, tools such.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I told you what my plan was for my Kopro SU-9 (no, not a P.7D copy, rather something from a certain Kingston-upon-Thames design bureau).  Having Sovietised a Lightning a couple of years ago (a spot of Su-7fication) I'm now tempted to build a Su-9ified Lightning from the leftovers.
Only a lack of time prevents me from doing a quick build!

#1 son was nice today when we stopped in to a local shop. Courtesy of his wallet I walked out with another AMT Star Trek shuttlecraft, just $10 because there are no instructions. Already got them anyway. Rheged was asking for one in British Airways livery, so if I can pick up some suitable decals I might give it a go.
Mrs Rheged suggests that  Dan Air, or even better   DAN DARE   would be good!   My younger son is currently contemplating a HOTOL in the old BOAC Speedbird livery, so if/when he gets it done photos will be posted.     As for me, I'd be delighted to see this shuttlecraft in any shape or form!

At Cosford I could have spent a fortune:

I kicked myself for not buying an Airfix 1/48th Lynx as while having a pee after the show, I suddenly thought of an interesting concept.

Is the world ready for this, we ask ourselves?    All we know is that if it's Radish it will be somewhat non-standard

Well with a pair of Su-9 you can get rid of the Area Rule bulge and create the EE P6.

Heller 1/125 Ariane 4

Have been after one for a while. I tried to get a Revell 1/144 Ariane 4 initially, but they go for silly money on eBay.
