I bought the very reasonably priced WEM etched set for this....after seeing the 'circuits n bumps' article in an old SAMI.....looks easy to use and adds quite a bit to the kit for not a lot (according to the article) of effort....I'll let ya know if I ever get round to it......

another italeri AW-101 merlin, but this one is the new one for the new Bond film 'skyfall' and has several extra parts including a 50 cal gun and the skyshout system.

i also found a copy of the 2004 edn of AP3003 'a brief history of the royal air force' in a city charity shop. it has many excellent photos within.

From ebay, Italeri 1/72nd Mi-28 Havoc: the grossly inaccurate "DoD artwork" one  ;D.  Whiffy and cheap, basically. Got another one coming too, because I got confused, thought this one had been taken off ebay, and bid on another, nearly-as-cheap one, only to find I'd actually bought both... :rolleyes:

Funny how the "artwork" Havoc goes for peanuts these days, but the equally ficticious ESCI Ka-34 "tandem Hokum" still commands a decent price.... :unsure:
