Airfix Club Special Editions Meteor F8 and Hurricane IId, plus a Gnat T1 that I don't remember ordering............  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Army of One

From Aluns stash reduction.....1/72 Revell two seat Typhoon and an eastern European (?) kit of the Su22 Fitter K....nice kit if somewhat simple....

And from MZ I got 1/72 Revell modern pilots and spent an extra £3 and got two P39's as part of the 3-2 sale.....

Went into Stratford upon-Avon yesterday as Mid was seeking culture in the theatre.
I ate a sticky bun and drank tea while this was going on. I also bought a couple of diecast Oxford Diecast items, 3 marbles (that look like eyes....ideal for steampunking skulls), a Venetian-type mask...perfect for steampunking a hat. 3 skulls also arrived yesterday.
I bought a Revell Kaydet as well as I love them.....might have duck pilots too
I managed to chat for 45 minutes or so to a rather attractive US student over doing a Ph.D. Later, as I said goodbye, she called me "The One"....

Today arrived my much anticipated ASF-X Shinden II. took about a week to get here from Hong Kong at a hell of a lot less than I have seen anywhere else.
I am really liking this kit and I hope it goes together as well as it looks. The STOVL version looks smart I might add. It also has a selection of weapons with it which is very unlike Hasegawa. It will be a while before I can build it though, as I am still on the dining room table  :banghead:
