Anything out there?

Although not primarily a Sci Fi modeller, can any body tell me if there are models available of the Cylon centurion ? Ideally, I'd like one from the original Battlestar Galactica and, one of the revamped centurions from the revamped series ( I think the new ones look a whole lot nastier and meaner!)

The good news for you is that Moebius Models is close to releasing a 1/6 of the reboot Centurion.  Not sure about the classic, though.  I suspect Moebius would release a classic toaster if the response to the reboot one is good.

I did a bit of searching under Moebius and, it looks like the kit is scheduled for June 2012

Probably of limited use, but Comet Miniatures used to do an Original Cylon Centurion in white metal about 85mm size.
Pretty ordinary by today's standards
It may still be lurking around on Evilbay and the like.

Hallmark had a decent looking one at Xmas time. Not a kit, a prebuilt decoration, but it looked ok.

Bam Bam Model Productions do a resin 1/35 Centurion from the new series.  At 3" tall he's small, but well formed!  It's pretty dear in the UK at £10 (Frontier models just stick a pound sign on the dollar value), not sure if you can get it eslewhere without having to pay extra for shipping & currency conversion.
