If you're going to do the dozer blades at an angle, you'll need to cut them at an angle so they'll fit together, but it looks like the resulting blade will be a bit too narrow.

I think it should have 3 types of fuel. coal, oil, and wood.

I'd recommend sloping armour plate on the sides / front of the boiler + Zimmerit! And maybe not have the domes stick up so high - how about a steam powered main gun, like the old GW Warhammer Steam Tank!

Just thought the sides of the boiler might be a bit of a shot trap.

It does have big water tanks on the sides but i will look further into it

I like the 2nd one but without the side-shields - use the beams of the first version

Zimmerit = asbestos lagging ? According to Bovington, Zimm fibers (like asbestos) are carcenogenic !

Zimmerit wasn't made from Asbestos. It contained (approximately):

* 40 % Barium sulfate - BaSO4
* 25 % polyvinyl acetate – PVA (similar to wood glue)
* 15 % pigment (ochre)
* 10 % Zinc sulfide – ZnS
* 10 % sawdust

So, nothing fibrous like Asbestos at all. None of the ingredients as far as I can discover are carcinogenic. Barium Sulfate can be poisonous, if ingested but I don't think anybody would be eating Zimmerit. It may however, glow in the dark.
