Here's a small weekend update. Did some work on her nose. Got her pitot tube painted as well as her camera opening painted(MM Chrome Silver). I use some leftover paint mask from my CAF F-4.

From that artwork home-making the decals should be pretty straightforward, so long as they're not in white or another very light colour.

I could do some for you but I'm 3500 miles away, and I'm sure someone in the US has the technology too.

If the Roo's are to e black or Green you could try looking at Military decals.

Totally agree with you plus wiffery requires imagination and perhaps sometimes even a small soupson of bravery ? Maybe the small child inside most adult males is just a little taller in we wiffers ?

I'm sure I've got one from the Italeri kit. Problem is it's in a box of modern canopies and I've no idea which one it is  

If you havn't had an offer post Xmas I'll compare them to plans and see if my memory is right

Edit - Booger I thought it was 1/72, whence my remarks re canopy, sorry about that. Just ignore me
