A weird one - again, it'sone of my whifs, the Su-18 naval fighter bomber (a Su-17 with a radome and side air intakes), procured by a fictional Arab state...

Check this out - I feel honored to be the only fictional item on the shopping list:

Thankfully, the author quoted the source!

Another accidental find, and another (uncredited) hi-jacking of one of my builds/pics - this time the Me 205 (twin-engined Bf 109):

Yes, but he only has 10 followers.  The person who posted it has over 7,000.
I'm not sure what that proves but it must prove something.

Mind you, there were a couple of positive reactions. Pity they had no idea who they were aiming the kudos at. :-\

There was (in the past it seems) a twin-engined Bf-109 kit at Unicraft models (called Bf-110 but very different from the final well-known 110).
I butchered 2 of them into a compound at http://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php/topic,37924.0.html
Sorry... :-\ ;)

Wouldn't ya know it - I got one of those on the bench as well

combining the 109 fuselage and the two engines of the 110 seems a natural progression

Personally I want to try one with 210 or 410 wings.

Modding a Bf 109 to two engines is anot as simple as it sounds. It's a VERY small aircraft, and bigger wings easily kill the proportions. I tried to keep mine as compact as possible (just adding ing root extensions that allow the propellers not to cross each other...), and I still had to stretch the fuselage - in my case a Me 262 tail was a very good donor part.
Personally I consider a two engine A6M some day, but I think it might just look like a Ki-46!

PR19_Kit

Does that have THREE engines?

The outer ones look quite a bit smaller than the centre one if so.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

It was a windtunnel model used during Me 110 development, it was most likely simply
a matter of reusing an existing model.
