Having recently built something similar, I stumbled across this nice Danish He 70  on floats in Danish service (from 2006):

Hmm, apparently the server where the original pic was/is hosted has problems. I found the pic here (https://www.alternatehistory.com/forum/threads/ahc-he-70-based-military-a-c.436676/), and there the posted image is gone, too. Maybe it returns with its host server? Pretty aircraft, in typical Danish pre-war sand/brown livery.  <_<

Maybe this linked picture lasts longer?

Stumbled upon this 1:32 double (sort of) build: a twin P-38 with an unmanned drone.

Wasn't that built by 'one of us'?  :-\

Both the model and the colour scheme rang bells for me, but it was a long time ago now.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I am not certain, either. I remember a recent P-38 in orange with yellow and black trim, but it was smaller and not the above build in 1:32.

It does look familiar to me.

Its very good though.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

dazzling !

I need to go and lie down in a darkened room after looking at that  :o
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

CSMO posted this model 2 years ago:

I answered with some more information about the modeler. ;)

The Ukraine connection struck again, but this time not one of my whifs, but rather a build from TomZ (posted here some time ago, too):
