I'm too lazy to strive for complete accuracy.  Sometimes I start off down that path but always give up when research is involved.

This was my way into whif as well. I'm just too lazy (and cheap!) to superdetail or super-research something that I do for my own relaxation. It's a lot funnier just allowing yourself some wiggleroom towards reality, bending a few rules and cutting some corners, and as we see daily here - the result is much generally more rewarding than just depicting someone elses designs.

This is one of the immutable laws of Whiffworld.........and we don't have very many rules!

I can think of a couple more...................  ;) ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The Ukrainian fan club expands its range of admiration/prey - this somehow looks like one of TomZ's creations?  :o

Ahh, I'm getting famous! No wait, they don't mention my name...

Well, they started with a very old one, so if they work their way forward on my sitre they still have a way to go.....

Did you use round podded engines on that one, instead of the squared-off Olympuses?  [Olympi?  Olympux?]

I didn't change the kit in any way. Just a standard Airfix Concorde

:)  I only asked because all the Luft '46 jet designs I've seen had round-pod engines, and I thought that would be a cool 'vive la difference' for a Nazi "Discorde" ...  :)

If anyone fancies flying a whiffy Iraqi F-86 in a simulator - based on the design of a model of mine...

Note that even the tactical code 24+17 was taken over from my model, even though the camouflage on the wings leaves a lot to be desired.

Sigh... That's the first "capture" of 24+17, IMHO the better result.
