...and finally I got an idea of what to make from a Hobby Boss P-39 that has been grinning at me from my stash for such a long time!

So simple...

Almost tempted to join you. Fascinating machine. Placing the vertical stabs over the wing without interfering with the flaps could be interesting....maybe placed further out. Might use a Me509, got a couple in the stash.

Here's one I found this morning.  The USS Kentucky (Whiff part 1) built as a FACES II modification (Whiff part 2!)

At least with the reversed P-39 the pilot DOESN'T have to straddle that spinning prop shaft!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Why not keep the spinning shaft and have a prop at each end?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Why does that Me-262 U-2 look familiar?  ;D

Some excellent work there for sure.
