The Wooksta!

Given that the Connie has a pretty stalky u/c, surely a long pannier underneath the fuselage a la Nimrod, wouldn't cause clearance problems.  Then the luggage bays could be turned over to additional black boxes or fuel.

I imagine that the main spar goes through the bottom of the fuselage, so you might want to think in terms of two weapons bays, one ahead of the wing and one aft.

Nope!  I was thinking more along the lines of an under-slung bay a-la Nimrod!  That way the cabin is clear for crew and equipment.

The P-3 nosecone fits the Connie, as I've fitted that to my Revell C-69 Griffon powered Connie. Along with the M.A.D boom and ESM wing pods.

but why change that lovely nose?....but the mad booms and esm pods now we're talking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...to many projects ;)
