Thats why I want to talk to the MK gang Kit. They will be able to advise on the best method for model transport.

driving isnt a bad idea. I can see the need for two people carriers. one for bodies, one for the display lol.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Precisely.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Hmmm IPMS(UK) What if? SIG going overseas.......I can feel the the national committee's fear already lol

Wonder if the route could be worked out to include a visit to that German technical Museum with the Buran and Concordski.
I always hope for the best.

That'd be the Technikmuseum (http://www.technik-museum.de, the Tu-144 and Concorde are at Sinsheim, the Buran is at Speyer, the locations are about 100 km apart, you'll want to reserve a day for each location as both are huge.

Of COURSE I am, what did you think I was writing about beforehand?  :o

A T-shirt with the 'UK WhatIf SIG European Tour 2013' would be good, and do-able by then too,

Just checked the map and Brno should be driveable in one day from the Channel Ports. I used to drive to Berlin regularly and could get there by 3 pm from arriving on the Continent at breakfast time from an overnight ferry. Prague is about the same distance as Berlin and Brno isn't that much more, maybe 100 - 120 miles?
