Paulie

today i bring you my new concept. I´ve asked around the site for camo versions, i want to thank especially perttime for his ideas (i´ll use them when i get my airbrush, hope it will be soon :) ). I was playing with the notorious carpet monster :D when an idea sparkled. Have you ever seen sukhoi su34 tigermeet?

There it was, in the deep freeze in Ural mountains on the very edge of Siberia Cpt. Grichenko wanted to show the world the glory of Russian Air Force Bomber Squadron. As a snow siberian tiger, SU-34 Winter Tigermeet strikes unseen and deadly with the claws of war, literally toying with its prey...

The model is an Italeri 1/72 Su-34 with Revell semi-gloss white & grey semi mat (mixed) on top and blue-green donw. I used spare decals from Revell Tornado ECR tigermeet, Hobby Boss  Rafale B and bits and pieces from elsewhere. I´ve made some small modifications to "tail" (little fin there), wents on the back and vector thrust. I still have arnament on the bench, coming soon :)

Hope you like it :) As always - criticism welcomed  ;)

That's pretty darned impressive, and the scheme suits the Su-34 a treat.

Will it be mounted on a stand eventually? I ask because there's no wheels fitted, nor anywhere to put them.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Sukhois and especially su-34 are rewarding planes, standing up from any collection :)

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Excellent color scheme.

In the concept of what-if, imagine a NATO organization starting up in the 30's to avert the conflict and holding tiger meets through the early 50's. Hurricane, 109 and P-38 in tiger schemes- (P-40 of course too).

So your going to have the aircraft flying.... might be an idea to put a crew inside it then as I just noticed in one of the pics that the cockpit seats were empty.
