For those who don't visit all the boards this was built for a Theme Build here and more pictures can be found via this link

Thats a nice looking 104 and although a whif, wouldn`t be outside the realms of plausible knowing the Luftwaffe back in the 70`s/80`s.

I`m also amazed at how many section I seem to miss when I come on here.

Time warp Themed build..?? Would love to have enterd that but fear I may have run out of time... :banghead:

Very nice, it was only recently i realised how many Starfighters the Luftwaffe lost.

I was watching a programme about the Saunders-Roe SR.53 and the Lockheed bribery scandal came up and how the SR53 lost out to the Starfighter.

Originally there was going to be a deadline, but I'd rather waltz along with it and go at my own pace. We still have kit's 1943 TSR.2. So you have time, even if it's just a "quick And dirty"

Indeed yes, that's on a side burner at the moment I'm afraid, due to a 'Cosford Crash Programme' going on in my model room.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Good idea mate  The origional idea of these Theme builds was to keep them running as long as there was interest.

That's really nice, Chris.  I like the dragon on the tail.

It is one of the better personal markings but then WWI is a golden era in so far as they are concerned anyway  ;D

Must admit I had thought of reversing the dragon so the flames were pointing towards the tail
