Actually they were quite easy.  I had an old 1/144 P-3 Orion and took the props and spinners from that. I cut off the blades on two of the props and repositioned them to rotate the opposite directions. I drilled a small hole in the blade and in the hub and used to fine wire to hold them in place. The blades do not have a noticeable curvature and look the part just fine.
