Yep, I shall put it on FB at some point.

Found the Starfighter, wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box ready to take to a model club where I left it - Richard Cranium!

What would your Mum have said?

'It'll be where you left it dear!'
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

I once tried having a "logical" conversation with my mum over that statement. Gave up after about half an hour and I don't think I've ever been so confused in my life at the end of it  :banghead: ;D

So I have finished the Argentine Mig-17. I used a straight AAR probe from an F-100 under the right wing. I am quite pleased with the result.

So do we get to see it mate ?

It's on Farcebook

So back to the Starfighter. I am considering doing a West Hungary AF plane. CAF green overall with full colour chevrons. Of course I will change my "mind" (as it is called :o) at least 6 times before I get to that stage.

Like the idea of that, especially with the full chevrons  Might find some from a CR 42 would fit ?

That'd be different, wiggling the curtain a bit.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

"Wiggling the curtain"
Love it!

If you go down the Hungarian route I probably have some chevrons Geoff
