Right, I've been looking for this book, and it seems to be out of print. Does anyone know if and when it will be re-issued? I'm not about to pay the stupid prices listed on Amazon and the like (£180 for a used copy!!!  :banghead: )

That is airmail and books are heavy and believe it or not compared to other postal organisations the RM arn't that bad

True.  German postal rates to downunder are ruinous.  American ones twice the UK's.   I rarely buy anything from Europe as a consequence while I think carefully about US rates.

Well, that didn't work. Just had an email saying the order has been cancelled as they can't get stock. :banghead: Back to square one it seems, so if anyone has any other leads it would be much appreciated.

They shouldn't do that. Offering things for sale that you don't have is so wrong on so many levels  :angry: :banghead:
