Just wondered if high-velocity spud guns would work?

Only to make instant mash..........  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

Well high velocity frozen chickens were lethal. After all the AEE or somebody tested them in real life
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Just a thought....what about frozen carrots fired? :banghead:

Perhaps the Phantom Flan-Flinger could make a high-tech comeback: rapid-fire automatic custard-pie thrower?

One of the Wallace & Gromit movies featured a porridge cannon.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

So MUCH inspired lunacy!  I LOVE it!

How about hard Ladyfinger cookies, aka biscuits.  Won't need the additional weight of refrigeration equipment on aircraft.

Downunder, we had "Biscuits, Survival" aka "hardtack".   Guaranteed to break yer teeth, so I imagine they could do some damage if fired with sufficient velocity.  ;D

Lol!! Remember them well. Only, we called them dog biscuits  - except that no dog would eat them!! Did you get bars of chocolate with Arabic writing on them? Rumour has it they were left over from the Suez invasion in 1956!!

The dried peas would make good bullets too!! ;D

I wonder if we could come up with a suitable design that fired Jaffa Cakes, preferably by the box-load?

I bet Duncan would volunteer to be a 'trials target'.  ;D

My uncle has been teasing his sister-in-law about her cooking (which is, in reality, perfectly good) for about 40 years now. One highlight of this was the "Irene's Mince Pie" dossier: an official-looking report, put together on company headed paper in a style that only a working engineer could, which explored alternate uses for the "offending" items, such as armour-piercing shot, anchors for battleships, grinding wheels for shaping diamonds etc.... ;D

Mum recalls one real example during the war, when the bus company canteen got a batch of "scones" delivered which were literally, inedibly solid. One guy broke his false teeth on them and they were last seen being used for pucks in an ice-hockeyish game by the shed men. The rumour was that a consignment of unmarked "utility" bags of white power had been delivered to the bakery which actually contained plaster-of-paris instead of flour.....
