Cheers everyone for your comments. Makes it all worth while.

Penultimate photos of this build. Added a few lumps, bumps and antenna with just a few more to go before the decals go on. Off to Brunty at the weekend, so finished pics will probably be on the Monday.

That really does look like it could be in a few years time

Super! Smashing! Lovely!!

Almost tempted mysel!! Think I might stick to my jet powered  C-130 for now though. Incidentally, there  are 3 1/72 V-22 Ospreys on evilbay righ now at more reasonable prices.
Loves JMNs but could never eat a whole one!!

Cheers for the comments guys. Calling this one finished now. Started to put the decals on and then thought that in this case, less is more as they say. So with no further ado, I give you......,

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

That build is the best I have seen in a long time TC, and my kind of aircraft too. My Marine task force would love a couple of those for sure

Brilliant. But I just have to ask why she's in Iran? Did they finally install a government with a good foreign policy, and they're there on exercise? Hope so. Honestly, really well done, deserves her whiffies nomination
