Shall we bring torches in case we're stuck under the Lancaster in the gloom of the Bomber Command hall? I'm sure there's a grue there....

I'll just put new batteries in the light compartment of my magnifiers and wear that all day - minus the lenses though!!!

Just checked my travel plans and discovered that TFL and National Rail Enquiries have obviously had a falling out and arn't speaking  :banghead: One website says route ok, other says it isn't. On checking it isn't  :unsure:. Therefore slight detour to be made, nothing drastic as it's at my end. See you Sunday

I'm planning on catching a tube from Brixton at 9.30 and get to Colindale at 10.13, well according to the TfL website anyways. So I finally get to meet some of you in the flesh!

Top display on the SIG stand today. Seemed to be a high level of interest in what was on display.

Yup a very good day and a great display. By some strange act of fate it actually seemed to be organised  :banghead: Piston engined jons at one end, jets at the other and the Vulcan display team in the middle.

Said display team got a lot of attention and many a gasp on the lines of "oh yes, should of been". We seemed to have a lot more people then normal stopping by and engaging in conversation, helped I think by that display team.

Rad's parasol Spitfire brought many a smile to the kids faces and had a lot of photo's taken of it said kids  :thumbsup:

And the icing on the cake was that Dave, aka Kitbasher, got himself a stalker  :wacko: ;D
