Cheeky.....
the red corset with black lace overlay has arrived; purple corset on the way as is the black mini satin chemise. The Black ruffle knickers are here. As is the black armband, soon to have a skull sewn on. My burlesque skirts are due soon.
No new wellies though.
Party time...Bristol one week today as we collide with the Rocky Horror tour.

Sorry, your excellency, I couldn't resist it!  If it wasn't for the slightly arthritic knee,I'd grovel.

Basic construction complete....now to add steampunk thingies, including engines.

It'll be a German (Blohm and Voss??) experimental advanced flying boat from 1939 of which one prototype was built, later destroyed in a bombing raid although features were later used in the Bv 222.

It was used along with other unusual aircraft, when recruited to the operation to invade Denmark and Norway in 1940.

:party:In reality, many Lufthansa aircraft, still in civilian livery were used, along with such oddities as a single Junkers G.38 (1/144th Revell).

Just a few minor bits glued together.....started on the engines but lots and lots needs doing.

Possibly settled on the colour scheme of red white and black striping as a special scheme for the Fuhrer's birthday on April 20th 1939.

After a lengthy delay caused by multiple visits to Rocky Horror in Birmingham, plus the usual chores of looking after the dwarves (grandchildren), cooking, etc., I should finish glueing the extra bits tomorrow and spray it in red primer (it's now to be all red), giving my virgin paint-spray booth a test.
The "spray booth" is a 4-shelf mini-greenhouse courtesy of Wilkos for £10.

Beriev primed in red primer. Now for the good bit....washes, painting, weathering and fun. Need to make a base so it doesn't wobble about.
Adding final bits to a Walrus monoplane before spraying it silver....it'll be Norwegian civil for BIGGLES

1. Re-engine a Dornier Do X with 4 new enormous radial-diesels built by Daimler-Benz....

2. Add the now redundant tiny engines to another Do X so that it has twin-tiered engines.

A  most curious juxtaposition!  I never thought I'd see Aylesbury  and debauchery in the same sentence.

Didn't see a single Duck in Aylesbury.... :-\

However, there were some great friends to meet......especially the young, slim, petite blonde in white bra/pants only...gold eyeslashes....who I'd not seen for 4 years, who greated me with, "Hi. Where are your wellies?"
Amazing.
I enjoyed every single milisecond of my visit to Aylesbury.....
