We truly did.

Thank you for your awesome 1973 gift, and Aircav's too

My blessings and congratulations to you both. Pity I couldn't get "fancy dressed" and join you. Just a bit too far for me.  Besides my truck don't float !!!  LOL !!!   My wife and I were together for 25 yrs. and married for 23 of them ,before her death.  I bet you had great fun....

Steve looked amazing as a school boy, Chris looked unbelievably authentic as a school teacher? Did you use the cane, Chris? I bet a few might have enjoyed it.
The costumes were terrific....we had a belter.

Back to modelling.....essentially glueing and sticking.....painting might be a little troublesome. ;D

I have an urgent need to build Hurricanes, etc, for Biggles....a few tanks too.

Then there's '109s and I've just got a book re.Malta Spit Vs with a few delightfully speculative schemes.....

AND I've to finish a large Meerkat ensemble....

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

Also, getting ready to complete my mammoth (lol) build of a:

1/35th Panzer V Panther hull, modified and tinkered with to support a scratch-built launch ramp.
On the launch ramp is a Star Wars "Starfighter", detailed and slightly modified.

Most has been built for some time  :banghead: :banghead:

It'll appear on a proper base, and be crewed/supported by 1/35th Meerkats.  ;D ;D

With fur, of course....honestly.

The Hurricane needs some minor clean up before spraying, with luck, tomorrow night.
