Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

All
Blue/silver Spitfire floatplane racer built few years ago. (Academy fuselage, mk21 wing, spitfire floats, speedspit canopy - really needs contra props.
Sea Fury floatplane racers (PM kit with Frog Swordfish floats etc)
Silver Fw Flitzer with sharksmouth  (Revell kit)
DH Vampire in Soviet marking (real) (Frog/Novo kit)
All Yak 15's mine less one dislpay one care of TSR Joe (all PM yak, floatplane version Eastern express)
Misc Yak projects (PM kit modified)
SR-53 (original airfix didn't build this one got it in a job lot - no its not for sale!)
X-29 (hasegawa kit didn't build this one got it in a job lot)
jet spitfires (Joe Cherrie Snr started these I will finish them off one day)

And yes I am now a proud father of 5/6 week old boy but still made it to the show.
Further inspiration gleamed for Yak and other projects assuming i am free from Nappy changing duties, lol.
Cheers

I see Jacobs Cream Crackers made the stand this year ?

Just the tin Chris, it contains my emergency repair kit for models only I have to say. The previous contents have been consumed in various cheese and wine evenings.

that two seat Meatbox is one of Lee's Jim. Im only baby sitting it (and the AEW Lanc)

OOPS. Sorry about that Lee, I just never asked the right questions. That said it is cracking model lad, it was only the engines that gave it away for me.

The Wooksta!

My special brand of subtle whiffery.  Make it look as real as possible, the onlooker thinks it is but there enough doubt for them to come back.

Yep, a good whif that Meteor, Lee.  Seen it before and it has huge double take potential, just like OGL's Avro Mancunian.

Thumbs up on the Yak - Pack ! And that B-36 in RAF paint. (If the B-29 was the Washington', what would the peacemaker be named by Bomber Command?)

Or maybe Convair B-36K Texas?  The name of the RAF B-29 was the same as the state Boeing was in, the B-36 was built in Texas.

Who said they named the Washington after the US city, there is one in the Northeast of England too.  ;D
Could call the B-36 after Easington.  ;)
