Not that i'm a pedant or anything* but technically the Blog has been taken to page 100 rather then over 100 pages...

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Fair do's but I did say "Just realised you took the Blog over the 100 pages mark" which a good barrister could argue means "there is a 100 page marker generated when the Blog hits it's 100th page, thus my client's Blog has indeed been taken over the 100 page marker"

I can see this heading for Their Lordships  ;)

In Whif World that's a distinct possibility. ;D

If I can be my own evil twin then anything is possible.

Well I finally got back into the modelling room . Bit chilly but at least I got a good session in. First serious session I've got in for well over a month, since my friend died I think. I'd completely lost the mojo to do much at all really. It was gradually coming back but S.M.W. kicked it all off again for real. Had other things to do last week but got in there this morning.  ;D

Anyway got some work done on my P.26 and she's nearing the stage I'm dreading.....rigging  :banghead:

Also got some work done on my Tamiya P 47. Lovely kit, goes together beautifully and I've even had a couple of incidents where a layer of paint has affected the fit and needed to be removed, the fit is that tight in places. Also discovered that orange paint is possibly the most difficult to remove from brushes ? Seriously the cowling has some orange, as does the rudder, so I used the Lifecolor I had and it took ages to clean the brush. Seemed to resist thinners and water. Took twice as long as any other colour to clean and you should see the state of the tissue paper I wiped it clean on  :o In all honesty the Lifcolour didn't cover at all well so I bought some Humbrol in Smiths and it went on a treat  Still took ages to clean though.

Yeah, orange & red, I find, are mongel colours to clean out of brushes.

Cheers Lee

I've got some Brush Magic from Deluxe Materials which is brilliant at cleaning old brushes its just that this should have been a simple clean out inbetween coats.

The glue gets tainted by the dead paint, so it helps with seams as the colour changes and you know they've been glued.
