Very smart Chris.

The Tempest was pretty much the RAF's ultimate WWII fighter in my book, and yours looks the business.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Thanks gents.

Meanwhile been musing on what I want/need to get at Telford. So far the list is all tools/paints/glues etc, no kits so far. As I've mentioned before I don't live near any easily accessible model shops, all are at least 90 mins or so minimum by public transport so I tend to get my tools and other essentials at shows. With no shows for 18 months the cabinet is running dry. To be honest there's nothing kit wise that is screaming at me, but hopefully in the 5 weeks or so before the show something new will appear that tickles the taste buds. Please, please KP/AZ bring out your Tempest II's

Nice Tempest, and good to see another model in Kiwi markings.

Oh yes, very smart, Chris.  But you can't go wrong with a Tempest of any mark.

As Kit says, it was the ultimate British WW2 piston fighter.

First trip to the Bench for various reasons since mid October  :-\ Still I got work done on all 3 current projects, although none will make Telford. The Arsenal could at a push I think, but I'm not going to push it.

Just glad to find the mojo again.

Always helps to have the mojo. That or some pressure to get the project done!
