I have managed to get some stalled projects finished off, one belonging to the US Marine task force I have been building up, and the rest are for the Honduras airforce. I have another high speed mud mover to finish, 2 helicopters and a 2 seater Mig-23 for the Cartel's trainers with teeth.

This Bronco is an updated in service OV-10e, fitted out for the night ops gunship role. The kit is the Airfix one with a pair of 1/96th scale 4 blade props, and a pair of mavericks instead of the Hellfires.

This is a refitted ex French navy Super Etendard, fitted with more powerful engine, glass cockpit and multi role capable.

This along with the other 2 Rafales Honduras now own is an ex demonstrator aircraft, and is used as an advanced trainer and a strike platform. although capable of firing Exocet missiles, the aircraft is fitted out with Hapoon anti ship missiles and HARM's, this is because all of the export exocet missiles had recently been bought up by another South American country.

this is one of 10 of the original 19 F-5e's delivered in the 1980's from the states. Nine aircraft have been grounded and used as spares for the current fleet. The aircraft shown is one of 3 that have been sent to Israel for upgrading and modification, eventually all remaning ten aircraft will be upgraded.
Another aircraft which has caught the Honduras airforces eye, also comes from the same Israeli contractor. The aircraft is a highly modified and upgraded Mirage 2000. Along with a newer more powerful engine avionics and 21'st century cockpit. The aircraft can carry more ordnance, fly faster at all levels and thanks to the new canard fore planes, is a highly manuverable combat aircraft

I am currently working on a very different looking Mirage IV too.
Cheers,
Chris

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Some very lovely kit there Chris, especially the modified Mirage 2K. But what really impresses me is the Red chintz hardstanding....

I am glad you like the hard standing, it took me months to get that stuff to look just how I wanted it for my airbase diorama, and then the missus nicks it and uses it as a table cloth.
Glad you guys like the builds, I need to get the other stuff on the waiting list finished too, but that will have to wait as I am off to Piel island, to refurbish my blood alcohol content tomorrow

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

I freely admit that Mrs. PR19 is definitely NOT in this category, but I speak from experience as her predecessor was...........

Only partially a whiff.  The Philippinos fitted four bladed props to their Broncos.  They found they couldn't source spare three bladed units any more so rebalanced the shafts and put four bladed units on instead.
