The Me-190 V1, and FW-109 V1

Seen here, flying over the French coast, these two prototypes may soon be put into production. The Me-190 proved a general improvement in flying, but with ground handling, superior to it's original mark. With the FW-109, now with a shorter wing, was far superior at low level fighting than before.
The Me was finally sent to North Africa where it was lost in 1942. The FW was sent to the Russian Front, and made a force landing behind enemy lines. It is believed that the Red Army captured the FW, and the aircraft was used for evaluation. The Russians deny copying the idea for their La-5.

Glenn, please explain us which is which... I understand that the Me-109 and Fw-190 gave birth to your Me-190 and Fw-109, but they still look like a Me-109 and a Fw-190, and I don't understand if the one looking like a Me-109 is a Me-190 or a Fw-109...
I would like to appreciate plainly, understanding. The size of a wing is not much change, it seems the canopy/fin/engine are not exchanged, so what is the mixing exactly? I may scrutinize again and again, take some reference book, but it would be more easy for you just to explain...

I believe the main changes are an exchange of wings between Messerschmitt and Focke-Wulf.
