Double hangar / 1.5 Hangar Escort Carrier

How feasible would it be to get either a full second hangar or a half hangar onto an escort carrier . For example if the original merchant hull had deep well decks could a partial hangar be fitted in them albeit probably only a 16 or 17 foot one with another hangar on top .

If such a thing was feasible what would the minimum specs be for the orignal merchant hull to make it possible and were there any suitable candidates out there in WW2.
