Very nice . You could build a fair  few  coastal batteries with  the extra turrets . ;D

This is the nice thing with 3D printing - if you have the 3D model, you can go into "mass production" of the parts.
Well, not really as it takes too much time to print.
However the second batch of gun turrets got much better without the problems of the previous ones. Did not think that the position of the objects in the printer (vertically vs horizontally) makes such a difference in the output.

All part of the learning curve I suppose.

The newly printed turrets went quite good, so I will use them now.

Still struggling a bit with funnel & hangar. it did not work out so far as I wanted. So I have to modify it and reprint.

The camo for the hull & first deck are almost done.

The complete main artillery is now printed, and the funnel (now separated form the hangar) seems to work now as well.

I now found a name for the ship - it will be "Schweres Panzerschiff Roon".

The camo on the hull is done now, main guns Anton and Dora are added plus all the 15cm secondary's. As the ship should be used for commerce warfare, some torpedoes are required as well.
As this should be an evolution of Admiral Graf Spee and its sisters, I try to use as many of the parts of a Graf Spee to have the same kind of look&feel. So here we go with the secondary guns and torpedoes:

Where are you thinking of fitting the torpedo's ? On a ship that size they may well have been hidden and fired through hatches in the hull ?

Caveman

Looks like he's borrowed from the Graf Spee and put them on the stern in a pair of trainable mounts.

Well, I first wanted to add the torpedo tubes on the location where I added the boats on the main deck (middle of the ship). Problem was that I had not thought about this when building the first deck and there would be no space to move the torpedo tubes.

So I decided to put them back on the stern, like on the Graf Spee. Not the best position when the turrets Caesar and Dora fire....

A bit further now, the command tower has been added. Its the original one from a Graf Spee kit, some smaller parts are still missing at it.
The 28cm/11in turret "Bruno" is now also in place.

Work on the command tower has continued, and the funnel is now in place:

The funnel is taken from the 3D model of the hypothetical cruiser Roon in World of Warships. Looks a bit like the ones on the CL Nürnberg, but ftis quite good to this model.

After the funnel - the aircraft hangar is needed:

Again, this was taken form the Wows Roon 3D model. Although the name is the same as for my ship, its a complete different one.

And if there is a hangar, there must be an aircraft as well.
