Whenever I see a diorama with a bridge in it, am I the only one who looks underneath to see who is hiding?

Partisans (or GIs, or Brits, or aircrew) hiding from the Germans.
Germans hiding from the US (or Russians, or Brits).
Hobbits hiding from Nazgrul.
Trolls hiding from Billie Goats.

It seems to be a common theme.

And then I even get disappointed when there is no one there.

Funny part is I tried finding a picture of a dio with someone hiding under a bridge and now can't find any.  Go figure.
