Chaps, this morning I'm taking Mid over to Steph, her travelling companion for the next 16 days. They're off to Canada.

Once home, I'll put out the new groundsheet, erect the 10-seat folding table (YES, it's HUGE!!!), and I'll have a whole PLASTIC BONANZA.
In the line-up are various unfinished projects:

3 x 1/72nd A-10s
1/72nd Bearcat
3 x 1/48th (Sea) Furies
1 x 1/72nd Mirage 2000D
CL-215

Some are new builds, but often the major parts are prepared and "dry-fitted".....

1/72nd B-17G for the USN
2 x 1/72nd Italeri C-47s
1/72nd Wellington

The emphasis is on stuff for IPMS Stafford's theme and also BIGGLES SIG models.

I also have a number of figures to tart up....scantily dressed vampires and demons...oh, and a totally undressed Medusa figure too.

Should be an enjoyable few days/evenings and a break from sorting out mam's funeral arrangements,  etc.

Pictures will be posted on various Facebook pages and a few people who I know lol.

Officially she's going to Canada....in reality the next 16 days are spent in her crypt sharpening teeth and claws, drinking the blood of virgin males and hiding from the summer sun. Before you know it she'll be back making toast....she just breathes on the bread ;)

Sounds like fun Terry.

Know you aren't big on pics but could you make an exception.  Would love to see the layout and projects.

You'll need to join Facebook first, but it's free.

To set up a page takes seconds, and opt for the https setting as it cuts out lots of crap.
There's lots of modellers on there.

I use it a lot to keep in touch with friends all over.
