Again, the Revell Mk.41 Seaking is the way to go, as it also houses the US style ASW Sponsoons.
all you have to do is (optionaly) leave of the FOD plate, radome and rear bubble windows. as there is almost no difference between the US and British build Seakings (Westlands were licence build Sikorsky's)

Sorry you're wrong the Westland Seakings have a bulge on the port side engine housing, and this would need to be removed from Revell or Airfix kits at the loss of much of the moulded on details. The Fujimi Sikorsky kits actually has both extended and correctly sized sponsons as optional parts including the MAD drone and flare dispencers. With th fujimi kit you also cut out the extra windows rather than fit blanking plates which are impossible to fully blend in without loosing the sureounding surface detail.

The Revell kit is very good for doing Westland SAR machines, the AEW/HAS kit is good for doing the AEW version, or for conversion to the HC4 or HC6 airframes or the HAS6 SAR versions but is lacking details for doing a decent ASW version.

Thanks guys!
So stick with the Fujimi.  I know they've had multiple releases over the years, are the optional parts in the early releases.  One last question, would there be any advantages to kit bashing any Revell parts with a Fujimi kit?
