The camo blends in well with the workbench top! ;D
Seriously, this build looks better every day. And you build so much faster than I ever will! Great job! Now what will you build with the leftover parts?

I am that "quick" because I normally only work on one project at the time, and I am (not anymore) so much into hyper-detailing which you won't see at all when the thing is done. I rather improvise and am rather happy with the overall impression of a model.

Additionally, I tend to have a clear idea of what I want to have later, sometimes I even have beauty pics in mind even before I start the model itself!

BTW: photo shooting has begun - trying to make in-flight scenes (landing gear will be edited away), but it will take some time before I can post final results (in the "Aircraft" section, incl. the background story and other info).

From the original kits, not much is left over. The A-1 was a wreck, anyway, and the remains of the Ka-34 are just the main rotor and its stubby wings. Very efficient kit-bash, this time!

Many thanks for the feedback!  <_<

That is a very striking, plausible build. Imaginative and inventive with more than a hint of plausibility. A very worth contender for a Whiffy award. There's no clapping hands smiley, so these two will have to do I suppose!

If I am targetted by JMNs, I'm in good Company.

No, no, no! You do not die for your country, you make the other one die!

Uh, many thanks!

I did some thorough research for the background, and "why this thing might look as it does". Fitting into a historic slot and true Soviet developments and practices, the SPB is a convincing piece. I wonder how long it takes until someone takes it for real...  ;D
