Just started re-reading the Skylark series and then back onto the Lensman series for some light rreading as I go through my "History of MI6"

Given the US Military's re-use of names then Wildcat II or Hellcat II would seem appropriate

"Hellcat II" is my personal fav so far, followed by "Tomcat II"

Hellcat: (The first part of the word deals with MDD type things (Phantom, Demon), followed by "Cat"

"Mudcat" could be the USMC version...

"Blackcat" or "Peeping Tom(cat)" for recce...

Presumably taking the example of the Tigertcat you can just take any kind of feline and add cat on the end.

IE: Leopardcat
