Has anyone any idea where/when we need to get the entry wristbands from ? Wasn't on the IPMS site when I last looked and the Magazine will probably arrive whilst I am travelling to Telford  :banghead: Why can't they get their collective act together and get the show issue out a week early ?

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Wristbands on entry (like at rock/beer festivals) takes second or two to apply. It's so they can check on numbers for insurance purposes....they know how many public enter, but not how many members. Available from Friday apparantly when you enter the complex.
Once the wristband is on, it stays on until you leave on Sunday or earlier.

there is a dedicated members entrance away from the public paydesks.

Look for the "Member registration" desk just below hall two on the map.

When you arrive you head there, show your membership card and they should hand you the said band. That means to start with you will need to enter the building via the front door, and not the roller doors at the back.

As in years past, those SIG members who are not IPMS members, you will not be able to access the site on the Friday or before 10am on both the Saturday and Sunday.

I may have to ask for a little tolerance on their part on the Friday to allow my 'fighter escort' to attend with me.......  :-\

Got my magazine today, containing a paragraph about the wristbands.

No details on how to convert it into "Deutsch Reich" Cuffband though. :angry:
