Eh Jim, that would have have been Duncan

Ah yes, I do believe you are right.
I do claim a senior moment there!

The trouble is their are hundreds of modellers in the Telford Area for the weekend, and most will be having meals at either their Hotels Restaurant or the mainstream eating houses close by, as we don't all stay in the same Hotel it makes sense to meet up and eat on neutral Territory without having to wait for a table in a crowded pub and discover half the menu has already sold out. The Chinese buffet seams to work quite well as not too crowded, can accomodate us lot and the foods OK and reasonably priced, the only downer last year was the heavy rain that settled in for the evening drenching the lot of us on the walk there and back again !.

Welcome to Britain ;D

A great country, unfortunately some idiot left the roof off.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Well my Telford list gets shorter  Already got an Eduard Me 110 and now just read that the MPM/SH P-35 is very unlikely to make the show. Might be that a Seafire 47 takes the allocated space in the bag

The Wooksta!

What Seafire 47?  Didn't know there was a new one out yet, although Xtrakit have been threatening a reboxing of the forthcoming Special Hobby kit.

I picked up the Dec Airfix mag today Lee and MPM have a Seafire 47 pictured in their ad

Oh dear...  My wallet is going to take a real battering.

On reflection, with the spare F24 fuselage in the F46 kit and the 47 supercharger intake being a separate piece (I hope!), it makes my fictional FR26 easier to do from spare fuselages and cheap Xtrakit F22s.
