I live very near the town of Arnhem in the Netherlands and every year the battle of Arnhem in 1944 in commemorated with the dropping of a large number of paratroopers. This year over a 1000 paratroopers from the USA, Belgium, Poland, Great Britain, Germany and the Netherlands were dropped over the same field where thousands landed in 1944.

Amazing!

And they either jumped from very low, or you've got a very LONG focus lens! Interesting that they used old style circular 'chutes too.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Yup been a few times myself. First time was whit my school (Croydon and Arnhem are twinned) and some of the veterans were only in their early 40's. Long, long time ago.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
