I have done a "What If?" Chocolate cake....it's a Blackcurrant Jam Sponge.

i initaly read that as ive done a "whit if?" concorde cake Rad,  and was thinking " sweet idea"

Oh that will be spine tingling on the 11th. It's an amazing place any other time but then ! Always amazed at how well behaved the youngsters are at the Last Post.

Ieper, chaps - the proper Flemish name (being a pedant there!).  Magnificant Cloth Hall and marvelous museum in it.  Menin Gate is solemnly awesome (and I mean that in the proper sense of the word).  The last post ceremony was prohibited by occupying German forces during the Second World War, but it was resumed on the day of liberation in 1944 – legend has it it was being sounded by a Belgian as German forces passed the bugler as retreated from the town.

So that's me stolen this thread then! Sorry.

A good day....the vultures devoured all of the cake, not even leaving a crumb for me. So I indulged in a Bacon bap

I was still in Glasgow due to their show the day before.
Unlike some of the traders, I wasnt about to drive over night to do two shows in a weekend.
