I should be at Huddersfield by 2.30pm on Saturday so if anyone wants to meet up at the Head of Steam I'll be there with a visit to the local modelshop as well.

I'll have a few Attackers as I'm travelling light. Fed up with packing and unpacking boxes of stuff. The past few years at 'uddersfield I've been a punter and enjoyed it more.

wrong SIG, thats Project canceled theme.

Im booked into the same place I staid a last year. Not sure when on the Saturday ill be getting there thou, but an evening meet up for food and drink will be most welcome

my lift t/f huddersfield is now confirmed and subject to the weather will be there.

just bringing OGL's rebuilt P1121 [which he can have back] and a lightly wiffed hurricane for display]

and i haven't forgotten the £2.50 i owe nick for the P-40 and FM-1 wildcat either

I'm also not certain what time I'll get there so it might be best if you put a note on here about where or when to meet. Not sure whose phone numbers I have for people going.
BTW, what's this about a model shop in Hudds?

Something Wicked, 1 Wood Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1BT, its not far from the station and they are open on sunday morning too, great little place with quite a few of the old kits in stock, Ecsi and such as well as the everyday stuff.

ok. About the saturday evening, I say we meet up in the Head of steam around 7.30-8pm ish.

I'll be there on Sunday. I'm bringing a guy who introduced himself to the SIG at Telford. He's very keen on the whiff thing and just so happened we both work at the same place.

I was planning on travelling light but decided to bring some of my favourite Spitfires from last year plus a few that never made Telford. Plus Wor Club is putting on a display and it would be churlish not to add to it.

A great day out.Alas camera trouble prevented any really good pics. The RAF antiflash white F-111 is a treat and the pic doesnt do it justice.

These two Im sure need no introduction,neither do they deserve it ,having helped me make a complete fool of my body with strong drink and hot curry.
