Radish

I'm there Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Setting up "BIGGLES" on Friday afternoon and afterwards at the International Hotel.
On Saturday /Sunday mornings I'm "on duty" warding off strange people who aren't IPMS members trying for an entry through the roller doors.
However, for most of the show I'll be esconced with my minder at The BIGGLES SIG table, busily painting something I've not yet begun. My Bowie Knife is due a new blade so might be doing proper cutting, glueing and sticking. Anything is possible. Occasionally I shall go for a wander but I expect to acquire little apart from something to read.

Ok Phil is aware of Kit's situation and is already working on a suitable arrangement.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

That is EXCELLENT news, thank you very much indeed.

It occurs to me that I could 'upgrade' myself to a Family Membership on the Saturday morning when the Mem Sec is there and then me, Mrs PR19 AND The RAF's Best Air Traffic Controller could all get wrist bands for the weekend too!  ;D

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

No, No, Steve, it is a Westland Lynx that will be there, not a Grumman Duck.

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

The ancient rubber chicken is will be there....still squeaking (tested this morning) but a back-up Duck is ready to waddle into the breach.
As protection I carry an axe.
Not sure what colour hair I shall be sporting....multi-hued is a possibilty.....yellow/purple seems a good combination.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I feel some public thanks and acknowledgement is needed here.

OGL and Phil Chater, and presumably the Membership Secretary too, have gone out of their way to sort out the problem of me getting into the Show with Mrs PR19 in formation.  ;D

Somehow they've arranged an upgrade to Family Membership for me and Mrs PR19 and we'll have the card THIS WEEK!

Thanks gentlemen, Mrs PR19 and I are suitably impressed and very pleased indeed.

I'd have thought that multi-hued hair would have repulsed the evilly intentioned more  comprehensively  than an axe!     I  only  wish I still had hair to turn multi-coloured.

Given that IPMS Tyneside have been placed opposite a sodding wall, I know for a fact I'll be on the SIG Stand for the bulk of the weekend.  Will there be some space so I can do some modelling?

You should be able to find a little space, as long as theres something to protect the new cloths.

The Wooksta!

It's more for when I get bored with spending money or traipsing around.  Plus I want to do some tinkering again.
