Very neat ! I'd also like to see it with the wings swapped around so the nacelles would be on the bottom. Great job with all the photos too. My only 'tip' would be to thin down the edges of the canopies so the don't look that thick. You don't have to get carried away, just the edge so it looks thinner.

Yes - this looks super - I did a similar conversion for the Me 262 in 48 scale - I still have not figured out to put the images up - me and computers will never be friends

and I love the camo - great for this small scale

Thanks a lot to anyone, again. I am not certain if the undeslung nacelles actually work, I have doubts. You'd need shorter landing gear struts, and the propeller clearance to the ground could become critical. I did not try this option, since I found it fishy from the start, but it would certainly improve the pilot's side field of view...

As another idea, I guess that a DH Hornet fuselage with these 1:100 wings could also be an interesting project?

And, finally, totally agree on the thick canopy frame. Typical Matchbox quality, but it was a "flaw" I did not want to put much more effort into. When you just see the model it's not that obvious, but on some of the pics, from the low angle, I wish I had done someting (more) about it...  But overall impression is O.K., and I am not THAT fanatical about details (anymore).
