Radish

It was just my "every day hat"....grey/black checked trilby, goggles with a clockface and a black flower on the side. Quite normal.

Thank you for the stylistic notes.   It sounds rather  fetching and  (as you say) quite normal by the standards of Whiffworld.

A great day had by me.....and my four year old....many thanks to those who made him so welcome and a special thanks to Weaver for his patience and repairing skills with my son and almost immediately broken Czech metal Mig 15.......a few pics as I didn't take many....

Cheers - mind you, I may have to start competing with Radish and PR19Kit in the hat stakes if you keep taking photos from that angle...  ;D

Nice one!  ;D

My Hat came about because my asthma clinic doctor recommended that I wear one all the time I was outside. He siad that over 30% of the body's heat escapes through the top of your head.

I'm sure Radish's explantion would be CONSIDERABLY less logical!  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The alternative explanation is that it's coolness that escapes via a bald head, but a hat captures it and a fetching pair of goggles then direct it towards other people.... ;)

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thank you sir for getting Whiff World's next generation fired up. You introduced him and it sounds like everyone did their part to keep him interested. I thank you all as a Father, Grand Father and a modeler.

You know the little helicopter (Avro-Cierva Dragonfly) that I normally bring to shows, but that I thought I'd forgotten at Crewe? Well guess what: it was on the bottom layer of the P.7D box - I forgot that I'd change the stowage arrangements for Bolton...... :banghead:

My nephew's the same, but we've already built 3 kits together so far with his latest one on the go.
