Wasn't too bad - everyone I spoke to said it was a bit slow, but ok!  If you want some MG's, I have some left over Lewis guns from my biplane build!

I took a whole stash of piccies at MK but won't be able to upload them till later tonight I'm afraid.

It was amazing how the Whiff genre is slowly spreading through other stands as well. I took a few piccies of them but the battery on my small camera died after a short while. That'll teach me to check its charge before I leave home!  :banghead:

I spotted an RAF X-Wing in the large Star Wars hangar scene which certainly made me double-take!

The Terminator Cat was good too though I wonder if that isn't actually the truth...

Army of One

I seen a red arrows one on that stand before I'm sure.....some great kits at the show

Radish

Had a fabolous time with Stafford and Biggles....we were supposed to share 12ft double depth....we had 24ft double depth which made our contribution a trifle sparse.
Enjoyed it though.....talking, cuddling, hugging and an occasional peck on the cheek.
Some crackin models too.
Bloody bostin' to see Lancer as well...AND Nigel Bunker

The Knack was only partially in operation as I was under supervision for a lot of the time :-X

But The Knack will receive a full workout tonight and over the forthcoming weekend.... ;) ;) ;D :o

Piccies of the SIG stand at the MK Show 2013. The stand was 'L' shaped, with grey and purple back cloths, thus the very differeing backgrounds.

OGL overseeing his chopper empire.  ;D

What a little gem!

THAT Belvedere!

And then some from other stands

Thanks for the pics Kit. Love the B.20.

Great display lads, if a trifle egg beater heavy , well done
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

There would have been more had I brought mine but it was a short day for me.....

I was quite surprised that you got the day off, what with the marathon being on...

Playing with fire there Chris........  ;D

That B20 was 1/144 scale, for crying out loud! Scratchbuilt from wood too, quite amazing. My fave was the VC10 Twin Freighter, also on the SIG 144 stand. He modelled it directly from a project in the 'Silent, Swift, Superb' book and added winglets, brilliant!

I must admit I've toyed with doing that VC10 variant myself and may still do so, but in something like Seaboard World perhaps?

B.20 is really good, ditto the Carvair and the Windsors (although the Windsor was an ugly machine).
Have dipped my toe into the water that is 1/144 scale with my Team GB Typhoon last year it's nice to see more items of that scale as part of the SIG display.

Love the cheeky Attacker!

That's not fair - they're all good.

I wasn't down to work and hadn't volunteered either..... Turned down to separate offers to work 12hrs at time n half to attend......if I was to have been working it wouldn't have been on the marathon......plenty of diplomatic premises to be at....... ;D
