Full squadron of  "Martian Fighting  Machines"  against my little sister ???   They wouldn't stand a chance!  Alison would have them quelled within minutes.  She was a secondary school teacher AND a Brownie Guide leader before she retired early.........oh, and she's skilled with both a cello and a longbow!

If she can deal with teenagers and wild Brownies then I guess a combined Martian, Dalek and Borg force couldn't make her give you the LP back! :lol:

I rang her a few minutes ago, and all it took was a polite request and an invitation to a family Boxing Day   "do"  where either Cointreau or an Islay single malt are involved.

They moved the Gundam to Odaiba recently, in order to promote some themed suites - the robot stood in front of the Grand Pacific Le Daiba hotel:



"Dubbed the "Room-G Special Type suite," and measuring 84 square meters (around 900 square feet), it features an Earth Federation-themed living room, and a Zion-themed bedroom. Gundam aficionados will not only see artwork on the walls and chairs designed to resemble those in their favorite anime, but they will also using themed room keys and towels! There will be room service available, and, as you can imagine, the food will also be Gundam inspired."

If you do some legwork and more pics of the rooms, you will be amazed with how much love to detail these had been designed. IIRC, even the toilet paper was "branded" accordingly...
