Yep, it's a Sepecat Jaguar fuselage, and the exhausts are from a 1:12 BMW motorbike.
I'm slowly seeking out parts for the suspension etc.

A 1/48 scale Jaguar looks just like a 1/72 scale Phantom to me, which ever way up it is.
