A Heller SBC-4 Helldiver. The French Navy OOB version is fine and whiffy, but I think about making a USN one in Atlantic livery, during Operation Torch.

i'm fairly sure they used war surplus Avro Lancaster in a similar role, so it's not that much of a stretch to just substitute the B17

Decals could be found here and if i'm not mistaken the Revell B-17 kit has the same radome for the search radar for use in lace of the ball turret.

From the Airfix website, 2 each of the following, DH Chipmunk; Focke Wulf 190 and Mitsubishi Zero then on Saturday went over to Comet and got 4: an Airfix PR xix and a Hurricane and Sea Hurricane; a PM Sukhoi Su-15 and a Aoshima Buffalo. Comet is still in the process of rebuilding/renovation work after they had an "incident" (a stolen car slammed into the shop and caused quite bit of damage) so right now the military/aviation models are in a cramped basement room. So the rebuild work is taking time.

Revell PaveHawk ( BlackHawk) in 1/72 to go with a set of Umbrella Corp decals from a friend - roll on the Zombie Apocalypse

I remember the basement of Comet from 1988 when I was there , that was where he had all his second hand kits then, rather cramped at the time and my wife was rather bored, halfway round the world to wait in a hobby shop!
